No problem. You can easily upload your videos into LitVid. You’ll still enjoy the speed and simplicity of our editing and presentation tools, though Certified Litigen Videographers unlock even more advanced features within the platform.

What is the LitVid™ advantage?

What kind of equipment is needed for Litigen Certified Videographers?

All Litigen Certified Videographers use compact, approved, travel-ready equipment designed to meet professional standards.

How does the barcode system work?

Every evidence page includes an automatically added barcode. When scanned, it pulls up the corresponding digital exhibit instantly within the Litigen platform.

Is Litigen compatible with AI features?

Yes. We are currently developing enhanced AI functionality in strategic collaboration with Microsoft™.

How do exhibit stickers work?

You can create Exhibits from any piece of evidence in the case. It just takes few clicks to create a new exhibit, complete with barcoded exhibit stickers on every page.

Barcodes. Do I give barcoded documents to the other side?

You can if you want, however we advise against providing them with your document reference numbers. As documents are barcoded on import, Litigen also creates No-Barcode versions for the other side.

How much does it cost?

Pricing starts at $125 per month and scales seamlessly to handle the largest cases. Price scaling considers many factors including; number of users, total storage, video clipping, case activity, AI token usage, etc.

How do I get started with my first case?

Create a case in the Admin Portal and assign users. Launch your new case and start adding content. You can do this all yourself.

At what phase of case development should I use Litigen™?

From discovery through trial. Litigen is a complete evidence workflow solution. With Litigen as your repository, your evidence is always ready to work for you and your client.

Do I need Litigen to use LitVid™?

No. LitVid is Litigen’s proprietary video repository and editing system. While it is fully integrated with the Litigen platform, it also stands alone in delivering high-resolution legal video delivery and editing. Ask your Certified Litigen Videographer for details.

Can I use Litigen for criminal cases?

Absolutely. Litigen is built to support both civil and criminal litigation.

Can I use any barcode reader?

No. Readers must be custom programmed to work with the Litigen platform. Ask your customer service rep about how to order yours.

You do not need one. Litigen is designed to empower attorneys and their teams with every tool they need inside our One-Touch™ platform.
